Personal Profile:
Mira de Boose joined the SENSIS project as a Ph.D. student in 2024. She obtained her M.A. degree in Iranian Studies at Sorbonne Nouvelle University in 2023. Her Master’s thesis, “I Am Still Travelling: The Role Of Travel In Sohrāb Sepehri’s Poetics,” explored the role of travel in the poetic and visual oeuvre of Sohrāb Sepehri. She also has a background in documentary film and photography and holds an M.A. degree in Audiovisual Arts from the School of Arts in Ghent. Mira is passionate about poetry, language, art and history.
